None but you.

Some like you, some unlike you.

All of us.

Welcome to None Some All, the space for intercultural reflection and intercultural encounters.

Here, you find subjective pieces to read and think about. For a better understanding of ourselves and each other in cross-culture contexts.

Contributions reach beyond cultural dimensions and categories. Without culture-specific “how to” advice. For a constructivist’s point of view allows for more openness and curiosity in cross-cultural environments.

Our perspective and view of the world creates what we perceive. It is up to us what we want to focus on:

Nobody but you thinks, feels and acts a certain way.

Some think, feel and act a certain way.

All of us have think, feel and act a certain way.

NoneSomeAll argues that in intercultural encounters, it is us who decide what we want to see: The uniqueness of everyone. The supposed specifics of a culture. Or the assumption that we all share needs, feelings and act in a way that makes sense to us.

For a better understanding of human beings in intercultural encounters. And a focus on NONE BUT YOU and ALL OF US instead of “them foreigners” and “us here”.
